Asante Kotoko players robbed in hotel ahead of Hearts of Oak clash

Ahead of of their mega clash against  rivals ,Accra Hearts of Oak, the players and management of Kumasi Asante Kotoko were the victims of an armed robbery attack on Sunday
 morning at the Tadoma Hotel in Taifa.
According to reports, the players had been left traumatized by the incident which also left forward Dauda Mohammed bruised. The team was woken up early in the morning by the group wielding machetes and knives after the security at the hotel had been overpowered.
Players were tied up and put in their rooms while the robbers went on their spree.
Operations Manager of the club,  George Kennedy and Coach David Duncan are reported to have been robbed of various sums of money .
